hello i am here again! dunno issit my life very happening... i am always the one writing and posting in this blog... haha... The weather was good... the clear blue sky, the wind blows pass u and the wave rushes up the sea. all i can say is a good condition and environment for a long run. on sat, me and bin qiang completed our training at macritche and clock 15 km or slightly more within 1 hr 33 min. and today we clock 18 km with 1 hour and 36 min. today i feel very shack and exhausted as compared to saturday. the terrain of macritche is killer but the long distance of east coast and alot of determination to conquered the run today. i would say it was a good run. Today i have to distract myself by counting the bbq pit.. we ran the whole east coast park... wah... really yao wo de ming ah!!! i saw our bbq pit which we are going next week. er.... everyone, be prepared to walk alot! haha... its ard 800m to 1km away from the mac donald. the environment there is very relaxing at night. there is a jetty which we can go.. its just infront of us.. a light house tower too... i would say it is quite quiet. anyway, i think it wont affect our mood towards the bbq one rite? after completing the draggy run, we went back to a bicycle shop where we keep safe our stuff in a locker. thats when the situation came in! this time round is me and bq. the shop close already. so our things are all in the shop and we are left with nothing. no hand phone n wallet n clothes. all we have is 2 dollar(1 from me and the other from bq). we are so shag and tired already. want a drink but left with 2 dollar... as usual, act cheap skate. we went to 7-11 and buy 2 can of drinks for 1.40 and that left us with 60 cent to call for help! haha... we called bq mum and decided to take a cab down and bq mum will pay for it. so lucky. anyway, tml morning i gonna go and get back our stuff le. hope they open on time cause today they supposed to close at 8 but they close at 745. so sian.... all the best everyone!! especially derek with his test coming up tml and friday! good luck... take care everyone! see you guys soon!

Today is 19 of september. Another five more days, it will be one month since my last post. Time really flies. No more going back to camp until 17 of Oct, Kian Chong's Birthday and the day i recieve my pink IC. A few days ago, i went to Bishan junction and i bought a book. Same author and just as life learning. Mitch Albom is the author. Try reading some of his book and you all will know how good his books are le.
In life, we always wanted to stay as happy as possible... we might be happy from our own perspective, but on the other side, it might be a complete different ending.
For example, we are playing soccer and our ball flies and roll down onto the road. we will definitely run towards the road and tried to get the ball! A car coming at a very high speed suddenly saw you running out and thus have to step on the brake as quickly as possible... Of course, if we are not knock down by the car, its already very good le. we say sorry and we pick up the ball and continue playing... we Enjoyed ourself and proceed to eating dou hua! perfect and nice~! but on the other side of the world, this driver has a weak heart.. he drove and suddenly saw a boy runnning towards the ball and he was shock. he slams on the brake and yanks the wheels. The car skids and the wheel screech. the boys disappear from the rear mirror and the driver is affected, thinking how close he came to tragedy. this incident forces his heart to pump furiously and this pumping leaves him drained. he feels dizzy and his head drop momentarily. As he went home, he almost met with another accident. the second driver honk and he veers again and spinning the wheels and stepping on the brake pedal.his vehicle rolls until it hits the rear of a stationary truck. there is a small crashing noise. The impact smacked the man to the steerling wheel. his fore head bleeds. he steps out from the car to see the damage. his heart hurts and he collapse onto the pavement. he is found dead as his blood no longer flows to his heart and listed the cause of death as heart attack.
taking one story, we can viewed the situation from two different angles.its the same day same moment, but one angle ends happy eating dou hua and the other ends badly lying on the pavement. by this short story, we can learn couple of thing. firstly, learn to view things from different views. we might be happy thinking that things are okie since we are glad, but someone at the other end might be hurt. so always be more tactful and we learned. Fairness! do you think its fair? in life, i would say nothing is fair. it was stupidity that soccer ball are kick out onto the road like that. why should the driver die on account of the little boy? but in the book, its stated fairness does not govern life and death. if it did, no good person would ever die young le! i find it very true.
This books is actually a chritian book if i am not wrong. i dun mind reading as it sometime do helps to make us think and acts as a backbone to our life.. some time we already know something, but due to busy and tough standard of living in singapore, we tend to forget some life skills. i just reached 1/3 of the book. interested of reading " the five people you meet in heaven", do look for me.
alright... this coming 30 of september. i am really looking towards that date. food will be prepared and our cook will be guoliang ba!, chef is Sun qiang... he will do all the marinating.. currently people going areMing yi, Hui Yi, Yan ling, Wei fen, Guo liang, Song xing, Sun qiang, Kian chong ,Guang zheng and Sheng zhao! Yan xing and winnie is not joining us for this small gathering... long time since the last time we really gather together and chat le.. hope that day will be a fun one~! hope u guys are as anxious and excited as i am !
